Tony brings his extensive experience and expertise to the Adaptable Consulting team with a strong background in project management and support, having worked with both ERP and CRM systems throughout his career.
As Adaptable Consulting’s Sales Director and Senior Consultant, Tony works directly with our clients, liaising with our team, providing project management support once their project kicks off, and a sounding board to bounce ideas off of.
Tony's personable nature and customer-first approach make him a valuable asset to our team. He brings humour to the table and remains calm under pressure. Trust and relationship building are important to him, as he believes in maintaining a culture of connection with our clients. Tony is always available, ready to pick up the phone and provide assistance. Maintaining this commitment to customer satisfaction is hugely important to Tony as Adaptable Consulting continues to grow.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys golfing and walking, and also has a creative side, playing the guitar and attending local theatres.

Technical & Power Platform Lead
Fergus brings unique perspective from his extensive work across multiple industries, to his role at Adaptable Consulting, specialising in understanding your business processes & requirements in order to design and implement effective and quality solutions.
Before joining the team at Adaptable Consulting, Fergus had a successful career in Ireland leading a business analyst quality assurance and change management practise, for a number of years implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics application stack for industries such as Banks, NFP, Utility, Governments Regulatory Authorities, and commercial enterprises. Fergus made the move to New Zealand bringing his wealth of experience to the Adaptable team.
Fergus plays a crucial role as the bridge between process & requirements and the solution architecture & design of your business solution. He has a keen eye for identifying problem areas and delving into these to find innovative solutions, as well as being highly detail-oriented and able to quickly understand your business.
Outside of work you’ll find Fergus out on the sports field playing football, soccer, and hurling.

Senior Consultant & ERP Lead
Having spent a number of years in accounting, and with a diverse background in client relations and Business Central, Andrew brings a wealth of experience to his role as Senior Consultant at Adaptable Consulting.
Before joining the Adaptable team, Andrew held both training and management positions throughout his career in various Microsoft Dynamics practices. Taking a solutions focused approach to projects, Andrew is a natural problem solver and utilises his innate ability to build long lasting relationships to provide our clients with the most effective and economic outcome to best meet their needs.
Playing a pivotal role within the Adaptable team, Andrew works closely with our clients to understand their requirements and how we can best utilise the Microsoft suite of products to suit their organisation and their future goals.
Outside of work you’ll find Andrew exploring the many forest walking tracks around Auckland, paddle boarding, swimming, and spending time with his family.
