"A few years back I had the pleasure of working with Adaptable Consulting on a nationwide research project that came with some unique data collection and tracking requirements. At the time Adaptable were already partnering with the organisation overseeing the research project, offering support and maintenance for their existing CRM system which had been built by another provider.

The aim of the project was to move the CRM from on-premise to the cloud as well as improve the overall functionality of the system so that it better aligned with business process.
