Q) What should I do if I’m having trouble logging into the portal, or it is kicking me out?

A) Change your Internet Explorer Compatibility View Settings. Click here for a step by step guide.


Q) Can I forward my Customer Portal invitation to another colleague within my organisation so they can start creating cases?

A) Invitation codes are individual and can only be used once to create a log in. Please click here if you would like to register a colleague for the Customer Portal, and we will arrange an invitation to be emailed to you shortly.
